Christina Caljé

Her hands-on approach has garnered Christina an esteemed reputation in the European startup scene as an effective operator, advisor and leadership role model. She has been profiled in such publications as Emerce, Business Insider, mt/sprout, Telegraaf, Quote, RTL-Z and by tech giants Google and T-Mobile. The marketing tech platform she founded, Autheos, garnered distinction as a top ‘Startup Disrupting Media’ by EU-Startups and ‘Deep Tech Disrupting Industry’ by EIG Digital.

With accolades that include distinctions from EUtop50 as ‘Top Woman Entrepreneur’, from Inspiring Fifty as one of the Netherland’s most inspiring women in tech, from Sifted as one of Europe’s ‘founders to watch’, and from Startup Amsterdam as one of Amsterdam’s ‘most exciting movers and shakers’, Christina’s expertise is sought by corporate, government and academic institutions around themes of entrepreneurship, implications of AI-based systems and the economics of giving back.

After the acquisition of her startup (Autheos) in 2021, Christina expanded her focus to the investment space, partnering with industry and governmental organizations to address the funding gap of underrepresented founders in Europe. With this purpose in mind, Christina serves as advisor / board member to impact focused venture capital funds and government entities, alike.

Christina otherwise supports underrepresented founders around the globe through angel investments and network introductions, as well as through her Advisory Board positions on impact accelerator programs such as Foundervine (UK), Frontline (Netherlands) and Village Capital (US). In recognition of the impact of her efforts to equalise capital distribution and access, Christina won the distinguished Techleap ‘Giving Back’ award in 2022.
